The Sakal Media Group conducted a tree plantation programme at Army Kendriya Vidyalaya in Dehu Road in Association with Vanrai and Swatantryaveer Savarkar Mandal.
The students were informed about environmental issues related to excessive plastic usage to discourage them from using plastic. Mr. Dhananjay Shedbale, Businessman conducted a special session for students to create awareness about plastic menace.
On this occassion Mr. Edward,The Principal of the school; Dr Ramesh Bansal, Mr.Vinod Bansal & Mrs. Shakuntala Bansal, Mr. FD Devare, Mr. SL Kubre, Mr. Rajendra Gunjal, President of Dehu Road Doctors Association; Dr Sunil Athavale, Dr Vijay Jadhav, Mr. Vijay Gaikwad, Mr. Vijay Pawar were present.
