The three-day Sakal Vastu Property Expo, organised by the Sakal Media Group, began at Pandit Farms on Friday.
The event was inaugurated by Director of State Town Planning Department NR Shende and the Deputy Zonal Manager of Bank of Maharashtra Niranjan S Purohit.
The expo provides opportunities for home buyers to choose their dwellings from over 500 housing projects of various established real estate developers across Pune.
The exhibition provides options for both affordable and luxury houses in and around Pune. “The initiative taken by the Sakal Media Group is extremely good. It brings all realtors under one roof. This platform opens a lot of options for home buyers and gives all information needed before making a choice while booking a home,” said Shende.
Purohit said that Bank of Maharashtra supports Sakal Media Group’s initiative and both these organisations have the same goal of providing a better lifestyle to Puneties.
“Bank of Maharashtra and the Sakal Media Group are in collaboration since a long time. We believe to serve people of the city with better facilities and fulfill their expectations.
The builders have raised the quality of construction activities to higher level through their imagination and providing different amenities for people,” added Purohit. He further added, “We sanction housing loans for all people up to Rs three crore and have a stall in the exhibition which gives spot approval for loans.”
