Sakal Vastu Property Expo, which started on September 30, witnessed a good crowd on its concluding day at New Agriculture Ground, Sinchan Nagar, Range Hills, on Sunday.
The three-day expo, organised by Sakal Media Group in collaboration with State Bank of India, had a range of offers, from budget homes to premium properties in and around Pune, for home buyers.
Being a Sunday, visitors spent ample time at the exhibition to visit the stalls which had great deals available. Leading developers displayed their projects along with great deals like early birds and discounted maintenance. These stalls at the expo included luxury apartments and budget homes in areas such as Pirangut, Dhayari, Khed Shivapur, Urli Kanchan, security and other amenities.
Vishwas Ranade, a lecturer by profession, said he wants to buy a house as an investment. “Sakal Vastu has so many options that it is difficult for me to decide on; I liked most of the budget homes. The best part is that we get all the necessary assistance to buy a house under one roof,” Ranade added.
Raghunath Pillai, businessman, said, “Such expos are of great help as this makes buying a house hustle-free for us. I was waiting for this expo as I am planing to buy a house in Dhayari area and do not have the time to go searching for houses in that area.”
A homemaker, Radha Trivedi, was delighted by the options available at the exhibition. “I am looking for a budget home in an affordable and convenient location, where schools and markets are close by. All in my family work in the city area, so I am not willing to go too far. But buying a house in the city is out of our budget. Sakal Expo gave us lots of options and that too in our budget. I think this is trustworthy,” said Trivedi.
Over 30 property stalls are on display at the exhibition along with bank loan assistance from State Bank of India.
