The ‘Sakal Vastu Property Exhibition’ organized by the Sakal Media Group witnessed a tremendous response from Puneites on the last day as the expo remained crowded due to it being a Sunday. Response to townships, weekend homes, apartments and commercial complexes was high on the last day of the exhibition. Agricultural plots too got a large number of enquiries.
The expo, which provided a platform for people to get their dream homes, was an instant hit with the citizens of Pune. Projects with amenities, security and located in prime locations got a huge response from the visitors, especially those located in the areas of Baner, Hinjewadi, Kothrud, Bavdhan, Wagholi, Talegaon and Kondhwa.
There were options available under one roof for the visitors starting from 1 BHK apartments to weekend homes. More than 300 projects from 40 popular builders and developers were showcased at this expo. Commercial complexes, stalls and shops also got a huge response. The home loan information and facilities were also provided at the exhibition, which attracted a large number of visitors. In addition to the prime locations of Pune, the peripheral areas like Sinhgad Road, Hadapsar, Hinjewadi, Pirangut, Bhor and Mulshi too got a lot of preference from the visitors.
