Pune: The last day of the Sakal Shopping Festival witnessed an overwhelming response from customers. The festival, organised by the Sakal Media Group at Pandit Farms, was flooded with enthusiastic Puneites and received a huge response from buyers from all walks of life.
The festival hosted more than 10,000 attractive products of many different varieties. Items related to home decor, furniture and interiors, garments, footwear, jewellery, educational books, fitness equipment, toys, food products, health products, health and hygiene products among others enthralled buyers.
Alpana Gadgil, a buyer, said that she visits the festival every year. “Everything I want is available under one roof with a variety of options to choose from. So I always make it a point to visit the festival,” said Gadgil. The stalls also include authentic Maharashtrian food products and a variety of food products from various states across India. The location makes the exhibition easily accessible to all and also has great offers for buyers.
Suparna Kelkar, another buyer, said that she always finds the right products for her household here.
“This time there was a variety in food as well. All authentic foods from various states were available and it was great to partake from a variety of items at the festival. It was fun, especially with my family members,” said Kelkar.
