A four-day home expo, Sakal Big 3 Home Utsav 2016, received overwhelming response on the second day, on Friday. The Utsav showcases exclusive affordable as well as luxurious homes from three leading developers of Pune – Vastushodh Projects, Mont Vert and Pate Developers at Pandit Farms.
Vilas Kulkarni, a retired Central government officer, said that all the information about properties is available under one roof.
“At the expo, you get all the information about properties as well as financial assistance under on roof with options according to various budgets. I and my wife are very happy to have come here before going ahead with the investment for our new home.”
Another visitor at the expo, Shubhangi Ankush, said that though this is her first time at such an event, she is very thrilled with the available options.
“There are many pre-launch offers and all under one roof, which saves a lot of time. The one-to-one interaction with the developers is a plus point of the expo,” added Ankush.
Mangesh Dudwadkar, a marketing manager, said, “The Utsav provides good rates for the properties as well as financial assistance. We are looking for homes within the city and this is the right place for it.”
The biggest attraction of the expo are developers offering flat schemes in natural environments.
