The much-awaited Sakal Big 3 Home Utsav 2016, which showcases exclusive affordable as well as luxurious homes from three leading developers of Pune – Vastushodh Projects, Mont Vert and Pate Developers – began at Pandit Farms, on Raja Mantri Road on Thursday.
During the four-day home expo, property buyers can look forward to exciting home options. The biggest attraction of the expo are the locations of the homes as the developers are offering flat schemes in serene, natural environment and with all required amenities close by. Also, attractive discounts and facilities are being offered to early bird buyers.
All the developers expressed great enthusiasm to be a part of Sakal Big 3 Home Utsav and said that in the last event they had received a huge response from the public.
On the first day, visitors started arriving at the venue even before its formal inauguration.
Speaking about his trust on Pate Developers and Sakal, the first buyer of the day Shriram said that he is convinced that his decision to buy a home is right. “I got all that my family wanted in terms of quality, facilities and location. The developers have promised the best deal to me. For people like us, a house is an important thing and this is my gift to my family,” Shriram said.
The home buyers showed their trust on the developers and were happy to get multiple options and clarity in the budget before any purchase.
Nilesh and Pratibha Apte said they were looking forward to getting their dream home finalised from Big Home Utsav. “We have shortlisted some projects by Vastushodh as they are offering good economical homes for service class people. Our family is small and hence we are getting a 1BHK flat. But with the offers here, we won’t have to compromise on the facilities and amenities,” the Apte couple said.
